About Digitary

Digitary was developed with the higher education sector to manage the entire process of issuing, storing, distributing and authenticating official electronic graduation documents online.  In addition to "life-long" documents, the system is also used for shorter term documents such as Certificates of Enrollment.

Digitary documents are digitally signed by officials of issuing institutions using Qualified Electronic Signatures, making them legally-valid and tamper-evident.  
 
Institutions benefit from significantly increased security of their official documents. They also gain significant savings in time, printing, paper and postage when issuing documents.  Further savings come from employers and others authenticating documents online, so that queries do not need to be managed.

Students and graduates benefit from increased levels of service and are able to quickly and easily send their official documents to anywhere in the world.  They securely control who can access and authenticate their documents, but cannot alter them. 

Employers, graduate recruiters and others can verify documents quickly and confidently online at the website of the issuing institution, so that they know they can trust what they see.
